I don’t want my lift on a service contract!
Australian Standards requires a unit to be maintained as a minimum, to the manufacturer’s standards as per the unit’s operation/maintenance manual.
What is lift registration?
A vertical transport installation needs to be registered at WorkSafe by the owner and the registration number sent to your Maintenance provider.
Why do lifts need emergency phones?
The code (EN8120) that all passenger lifts in Australia abide by, requires the installtion of an emergency communication device in the event of a trapped passenger due to break down, power out, lightening strike ect.
COVID 19 – can I still get my lift serviced?
Yes, all our technicians have the relevant work permits to allow access. We abide by strict sanitisation cleaning procedures upon entering and leaving a facility.
